Spring Pilgrimage in Northern India

Dive deep into yoga, Buddhism, Hinduism and the ancient history of India on this spiritual journey through northern India. This will be our fourth year and the trip is a proven favorite! This year we begin high in the Himalayas to dive deep into Buddhist and Tibetan culture. The Dalai Lama calls Dharamsala home and this special town is filled with fun, cultural activities! From there we head to Rishikesh, the yoga capital of the world, to attend the 2011 International Yoga Festival at Parmarth Niketan Ashram. This yoga festival features features some of the most revered Swamis in India as well as a variety of amazing teachers from around the world. Sprinkle in activities like river rafting, hiking, and visiting the local children, and you'll never want to leave! Finally, we end the trip with a visit to the majestic Taj Mahal and New Delhi to shop 'til you drop and sightsee before returning home!
