Dive deep into the spiritual core of India by exploring aspects of both Hinduism and Buddhism. Participate in the incredible International Yoga Festival hosted by H.H. Pujya Swami Chidanand Saraswatiji Maharaj (aka Swamiji) at Parmarth Niketan Ashram. This event showcases the highest quality teachers and renowned Swamis from all over India and the globe. While in Rishikesh, visit with orphaned children, hike to Neelkanth temple, explore the Beatles Ashram and take a dip in the Holy Ganges River. Travel to Agra, home of the Taj Mahal and Agra Fort, two historical monuments of immense proportions. Finish up in Dharamsala, in the heart of the Himalayas, to attend the only spring teaching offered by the Dalai Lama. Participate in a three day intensive Buddhist workshop given by a high ranking Lama. Hike in the Himalayas, take a cooking class and visit a Buddhist Cultural Center. Throughout the trip, Ryan and Sarahjoy will lead a morning asana and meditation class and Ashley will lead an afternoon restorative class.
