Redback Travels does
not provide any cash or credit card refunds. If a refund is to be given, we will send you a check. Exceptions to this
policy cannot be made for any reason including personal emergencies.
You are welcome to transfer your credit to another guest or retreat
date within 2 years.
1) If you cancel 60 days or more before departure date: $500 deposit is lost
2) If you cancel 59-31 days or more before departure date: 50% of cost of services is lost
3) If you cancel 30-15 days or less before departure date: 75% of cost of services is lost
4) If you cancel within 14 days of the trip, all payment is forfeited
6) There are no refunds for arriving late or leaving early. There are
no partial refunds for any services not used while on your trip.
7) All cancellations must be received in writing sent via e-mail or mail.
Redback Travels is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation
for any canceled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs
incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness. If you
decide to transfer your trip to another guest, you are responsible for
any tickets that have been purchased at that time.
We require all participants to obtain travel insurance with a trip
cancellation policy which covers the individual.
