Redback Travels does not provide any cash, check or credit card
refunds. Exceptions to this policy cannot be made for any reason
including personal emergencies. You are welcome to transfer your credit
to another guest.
1) If you cancel 60 days or more before departure date: $500 deposit is lost.
2) If you cancel 59-30 days or more before departure date: 50% of cost of services lost
3) If you cancel 30 days or less before departure date: 100% of cost of services lost
6) There are no refunds for arriving late or leaving early. There are
no partial refunds for any services not used while on your trip.
7) All cancellations must be received in writing sent via e-mail or registered mail.
Redback Travels is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation
for any canceled trips by a guest such as airline tickets or for costs
incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellation or illness. We
require all participants to obtain travel insurance with a trip
cancellation policy which covers the individual.
